RECIPE FOR A GREAT YEAR

Without a dream, life is meaningless!

It is our dreams that ignite the drive and passion to do what we need to do every day in order to manifest them into reality. As we bring focus to the dream, so life energises its possibility by allowing everything of a similar frequency to come effortlessly in our direction. The intensity of the dream becomes its own creative force.

Often we feel overwhelmed by all that needs to be done in order to bring our highest wishes into existence. "How will I ever find the money?" "Do such people exist?" "Am I capable of achieving all that I want to?" These are some of the questions that come to test our resolve to push relentlessly into an unknown future. If we allow these doubts to overwhelm, we sabotage our best laid intentions.

The cement of any dream is the faith that life is faithful and can be trusted to deliver at the most appropriate moment. Life gives us what we ask for and relative to the intensity of our belief that we deserve the requisite outcome. We need to love ourselves enough to expect good things in life. Many people have survived untold hell, because they never gave up on the belief that events would work out favourably. They saw the light before it was visible!

Dreams become reality when we take a small step every day in the direction of those dreams. The desire to leap into the future is laden with the potential for self-sabotage. These huge leaps are stacked with risk and most frequently invite the fear of failure. Nothing can ever succeed if it is spiced with a notion of disaster before it has begun.

But small steps are easy to negotiate and to execute. They come naturally and sequentially, just as we are ready to make the next most appropriate move. Whilst small steps may seem frustrating to the person who is hellbent on instant gratification, they are the natural building blocks of life. Make sure they are small and manageable and are all positioned in the direction of the dream. Sometimes we go in the wrong direction to discover we are in a dead-end, which just requires us to spend time moving back onto our chosen course.

One small step might appear irrelevant in the overall scheme of things. But in one year, if we are able to make 365 small steps all on top of each other, we suddenly look back in amazement at the untold progress that has been achieved. 365 small steps stacked up on one another is more than any giant leap could possibly ever achieve.

Rather than spending time fretting on how to achieve the big things in your life, concentrate your full energy to making the next most important small step in the direction of your dreams. Once that is done, look for guidance as to the next most relevant small step that needs to be taken. This is the sure route to avoiding frustration or being dogged by negativity. The joy of doing what needs to be done next, energises us for the progression going forward. Stick to the vision and never give up!

This all sounds too easy. It is and you don't need to be a genius to execute such a process either. You need a dream and you need to begin by taking the first small step. Just do it! Just hold that focus to make the next and then the next and watch quietly with a deep reverence for life as you see your best laid plans evolve into perfect reality.

Don't waste time dreaming about where you will be this time next year. Just make sure you start a progressive chain of 365 small steps in the direction of your dream and as you come to the end of another year, recognise the simple mastery that gave rise to achieving your life's most cherished desires.

Whatever you do, engage only in anything that makes you to be MORE. The desire to expand one's existence is the essence of self-love and is a vital ingredient to any significant life. Keep on with determination... and discover that you can be the architect of a great life too!

THE ROOT OF ABUSE

We do not suffer abuse, we "allow" it.

Abuse always begins with us, when we don't love ourselves enough.

HIV - CHOOSING TO LIVE FULLY

Being infected with HIV is not about dying!

Having HIV is about living differently - possibly better than before.
It reminds us to live in deep gratitude for the gift of life, for the considerable advancements in modern medicine and for the chance to grow substantially from adversity.

HIV is an opportunity to be MORE, both individually and as humanity in general.

THE POWER OF GIVING

As we give, so we affirm our faith in an abundant universe!

To focus on lack, invites more lack.
Feel abundant and watch Life bless you richly.

POWERFULLY HOPELESS

Hope fuels the life force!

When hope fades to the point that we finally let go of ALL struggle, we unconsciously open to the Infinite. That is where we discover the unexpected and witness the miraculous.
