When you feel depleted by a torrent of relentless pressure, just stop and be still!

Allow the whirling eddies of your fretful mind to settle by consciously focusing ALL thinking on your breath, which is your life force.

In that silence, detach from fear and let Life fill your empty well with renewed energy to sustain you to where you are meant to go!
